Creative Hub

creativehub v1.0.0

Publisher description

From the marketplace listing

Creative Hub is theprintspace's print ordering service: museum-quality giclée prints on Hahnemühle and other fine-art papers, framing in black, white or oak, and mounting on aluminium, Dibond and acrylic, made to order in our own studios in London, New York and Berlin and shipped worldwide. Sign in with your Creative Hub account and the assistant can show your image library as a visual picker or take a new image (uploaded in the chat, attached to the message, or linked from Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive); design the print with size, paper, borders and a frame or mount, with production rules applied; show a rendered preview of the finished piece with the price, delivery options and VAT for your country; place the order, charged to a saved card or paid on a secure Stripe page that also saves your card for next time; and check order status, invoices and tracking. Nothing is ordered without your explicit yes, and every price is recomputed by our servers before anything is charged.

---
name: check-an-order
description: Check the status, payment, invoice or tracking of a customer's Creative Hub orders.
---

Use this skill when the customer asks where an order is, whether it was paid, or wants the invoice or tracking.

- `list_orders` gives the customer's orders newest first with status; `get_order` gives one order in full: items, totals, `invoice_url`, and tracking once dispatched.
- Status `embryonic` with `payment_status` `unpaid` means an order placed by payment link that has not been paid. `get_order` then returns `payment.checkout_url` — the same Stripe page — while it is still open, or `payment.status` `link_expired`, in which case the order must be placed again.
- Status `new` with `payment_status` `paid` means the order is confirmed and in production.
- Never place a new order to "fix" an unpaid one without the customer's explicit yes; a repeat `place_order` with the same details returns the same order and link.

name: get-artwork-in
description: Get a customer's image into their Creative Hub library — from the picker panel, a chat attachment, a file on their machine, a cloud share link, or the upload page.
---

Use this skill when the image the customer wants to print is not yet in their Creative Hub library. Try the lanes in this order and stop at the first that works.

1. **The upload tile in the picker panel.** `choose_artwork` opens the panel with an "Upload a new image" tile; the customer drops a JPEG, PNG or TIFF (up to 200 MB) and the panel tells you when it lands. In clients without panels, skip to 2.
2. **An image attached to the chat (ChatGPT).** Pass the attachment as `upload_artwork`'s `file` parameter; ChatGPT supplies a temporary download link for it. You can see an attachment, but you cannot access its bytes yourself — never claim to have uploaded one unless `upload_artwork` succeeded.
3. **A file on the customer's own machine**, only if you can run commands there. Ask for the path and upload it yourself with the three `agent_upload` steps returned by `choose_artwork` or `create_upload_link` (init → PUT the bytes → complete).
4. **A cloud share link.** Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint share links work with `upload_artwork`'s `image_url` when shared so anyone with the link can view; the server turns the share page into the file. We never connect to their cloud account — the link is all it takes.
5. **The upload page**, last. `upload.upload_url` from `choose_artwork` (or `create_upload_link`) opens a drop page in their browser, valid one hour. Then find the image with `list_library_images` using `search` = its name, or `uploaded_after` = the session's `issued_at`.

After any upload, carry on with the print — the customer's next message usually names the file, and `list_library_images` finds it by that name.

name: order-a-print
description: Order a fine-art print, framed or mounted, from Creative Hub — image first, then size and finish, then a preview with the price, then the order.
---

Use this skill whenever the customer wants to print, frame or mount an image with Creative Hub (theprintspace, order.creativehub.io). It needs the Creative Hub MCP server; every step below names the tool to call.

## The order of things

1. **The image comes first.** Call `choose_artwork` before asking anything else. It shows the customer's library as a picker panel with an "Upload a new image" tile; in clients without panels, present the returned images as a numbered list (name and pixel size) and, in the same message, offer to upload a new one. Always offer upload — never wait to be asked. Do not ask about size, paper, framing or delivery until the image is settled.
2. **Size**, in millimetres or centimetres of paper. Sizes are the paper (print) size; borders sit inside it.
3. **Finish — ask, never assume.** Borders: none, or how wide. Paper: recommend two or three that suit the image, but always list every available paper by name (`get_catalogue`) so the customer can pick any. Frame, mount, or neither.
4. **Destination country**, so the price is right.
5. **One call for configuration, price and preview:** `design_print`. Show the customer `preview_url` as a markdown image **and** as a plain link every time — some clients never display tool images. Show the total: production, delivery and VAT where returned. If `preview_url` is missing, say the preview could not be rendered; never claim they can see a picture that was not shown.
6. **Only once they like the picture and the price**, ask for the delivery name, address and email. `choose_artwork` returns `last_delivery`, the address from their most recent order — offer it back ("same address as last time?"), never invent one.
7. **Place the order** with `place_order` only after an explicit yes to the exact items, address, delivery method and total. With a saved card it is charged immediately. With no saved card nothing is charged: the reply carries `payment.checkout_url`, a Stripe page where the customer pays, which also saves their card for next time — give them the link, say nothing has been charged, and confirm with `get_order` once they say they have paid. Never call `place_order` to "check" anything.

## Rules that keep orders makeable

- A frame needs a shortest side of 180–762 mm; hard substrates (Aluminium, Dibond, Acrylic Reverse, 12mm MDF) need at least 180 mm.
- A framed or mounted print with no fixings will not be ready to hang — confirm that choice explicitly.
- `design_print` matches names loosely ("photo rag", "oak thin") and a wrong option comes back with the valid choices; pass the returned `variant_config` to `place_order` unchanged.
- Use the 1500 px preview URL (`artwork_preview_medium_url`) for previews, the full-resolution `artwork_url` for orders.
- `choose_artwork` reports whether a card is saved. If not, say so once at the start — the order still goes ahead by payment link — rather than after collecting an address.
