Description
From the marketplace listing
Draw names for Secret Santa without sign-ups or email addresses. List who is taking part, who should not draw whom, the budget and the date, and DrawKind Secret Santa gives every person a private reveal link. Each link opens a page that shows only that person whom they are buying for, with the recipient's wish list, the budget and the exchange date. The pairings are encrypted inside the links, so nobody sees the full list, not even the organizer, unless the organizer asks for it.
Exclusions cover real groups: couples and households who should not draw each other, one-way rules such as "Ana can't draw Bo", and last year's pairs. An optional rule stops two people from drawing each other. Every valid arrangement is equally likely, the result says how many valid arrangements your rules allow, and when no fair draw is possible it explains exactly why (for example, one household holds more than half the group, or someone has excluded everyone).
The interactive card lists the participants and exclusions with a Copy message button for each person and a Copy all messages button, ready to paste into a text, WhatsApp or email. It never shows the pairings. Redraw makes a fresh set of links with a new draw code. Reveal pages work on any phone and are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese and Japanese.
For White Elephant (Yankee Swap, Dirty Santa) parties it shuffles a fair turn order, writes the rules (steal limit per gift, optional cap on steals per turn, no immediate steal-backs, a final swap for player 1) and gives you a printable PDF in Letter or A4 with a gift tracker, plus a printable web page.
Good for families, offices, classrooms, friend groups, long-distance exchanges and large teams of 3 to 60 people.
Limitations: it does not send messages for you (you share each link yourself); links cannot be edited after a draw, so changes need a new draw; White Elephant rules are in English; the PDF font cannot print Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic or emoji names, which appear in full on the printable web page.

# Secret Santa and White Elephant
## When to use
- "Draw names for Secret Santa", "secret santa generator no email", "gift exchange with exclusions", "couples can't draw each other", "with wish lists": call `plan_gift_exchange`.
- "White Elephant", "Yankee Swap", "Dirty Santa" turn order or rules: call `plan_white_elephant`.
- Not for picking one random winner, raffles, or buying gifts.
## How to call `plan_gift_exchange`
- `participants`: every name (3 to 60), unique. If two people share a name, ask for a last initial.
- Couples or households who must not draw each other go in `households` (both directions). One-way rules ("Ana can't draw Cy", last year's pairs) go in `exclusions`.
- Set `no_two_person_loops: true` only when the user asks that nobody draws the person who drew them.
- Pass `budget` as written ("$30"), `exchange_date` as YYYY-MM-DD, optional `event_name`, `wish_lists`, `organizer_note`, and `language` (en, es, fr, de, pl, pt, ja) for the reveal pages.
- Set `include_organizer_list: true` only if the organizer explicitly asks to see every pairing; say that it spoils the surprise.
## After the call
- Share each person's link with their name and tell the organizer to send every person only their own link (the widget has Copy message buttons).
- The pairings are encrypted inside the links. Never guess, invent, or state who drew whom, and do not open the links.
- If the tool explains that no valid draw exists, relay the reason and suggest the exclusion to remove.
- A redraw makes new links with a new draw code; everyone needs the new link.
## How to call `plan_white_elephant`
- `participants` (3 to 60), optional `steal_limit` (default 3, 0 = no stealing), `max_steals_per_turn`, `first_player_final_swap`, `no_immediate_steal_back`, `budget`, `party_date` (YYYY-MM-DD), `event_name`, `paper` (letter or a4).
- Show the turn order and rules, and offer the PDF and printable page links.
