Query your work activity, career scores, and impact data directly in ChatGPT. Pull in Slack messages, GitHub PRs, Linear issues, meeting transcripts, and decisions to summarize your week, prep for 1-on-1s, or draft stakeholder updates — all through conversation. Find Your Great captures your day-to-day work across platforms, scores you against your team's career framework, and surfaces behavioral patterns from your activity. Ask things like: - "What did I work on this week?" - "How are my evaluation scores trending?" - "Draft an impact update for my manager covering the last two weeks" - "What decisions did I make on the authentication project?" The connection is OAuth-secured with granular scope control — you choose exactly which categories of data to share during setup.
