Fluid CRM is a simple sales CRM for small B2B teams. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your own Fluid CRM workspace, so you can keep your pipeline up to date without opening the app.
What you can do:
- See your open deals, their stage and their value
- Get a summary of your pipeline
- Add and update deals, contacts and companies
- Set reminders so you know what happens next on each deal
- Log notes, calls, emails and meetings on a deal or a contact
Who it is for: founders, freelancers and small sales teams who already use Fluid CRM, or want a CRM they can keep current just by describing what happened.
Limits: you need a Fluid CRM account and you sign in with it when you connect. The plugin only reaches the workspaces your account can access. It cannot delete records, and it does not send emails or messages to your contacts.

Unsupported deletion. The plugin has no delete tools, so it should say it cannot delete records and suggest doing it in the Fluid CRM app.
Unsupported outbound message. The plugin does not send emails or messages to contacts, so it should not call a tool that claims to send one. Logging a note about the email is the only related action it may offer.
General advice, not the user's own CRM data. The user is asking for an opinion about CRM software in general, so no Fluid CRM tool should be called and no workspace data should be read.
