Description
From the marketplace listing
Groundbook checks construction drawings against other sheets, specifications, checklists, reports, and building codes from public, self-uploaded, or legitimately licensed sources. It produces findings for your team to verify, with supporting sheet references, impact, and recommended fixes.
Connect your account to find projects, filter issues by severity and status, read findings and drawing references, and open drawing comparisons. When requested, update issue status or severity, comment, assign teammates, manage project sharing, and export reports or marked-up drawings. You can also create a draft project, set review instructions, use drawings already in your account, and request a check using access your account already has. Credit purchases and directions or links to buy credits are unavailable in ChatGPT. Upload new drawings on the project page; files attached in ChatGPT cannot be transferred by this plugin.
The plugin uses your existing project permissions. Invitations and assignments can send email; exports run in the background. Disconnect the assistant in Connectors at any time.

I'm new to Groundbook. What can it help me check, and how do I start my first project? Include links.
