GuestTrack is a visitor check-in system for workplaces, construction sites, schools and venues. Visitors sign in by scanning a QR code and filling in the site's check-in form. With GuestTrack connected you can: - List the projects (sites) you have access to, their QR codes (check-in points) and their check-in form fields - Find visit records by date range, check-in point, status or mobile number, and read a single visit in full - Check a visitor in, pre-register a visitor you are expecting, or check a visitor out You sign in with your own GuestTrack login, and only what your role in each project allows can be seen or changed. GuestTrack never deletes records here and cannot change projects, members or billing. No confirmation SMS or email is sent for the visits it adds. Signatures, file uploads and ID checks on a check-in form cannot be filled in from here.
