Connect Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, QQ Mail, NetEase 163/126, Aliyun, Tencent Exmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho or any IMAP mailbox to your own agent, with access limited to the mailboxes you authorize. Your agent reads new email together with your saved handling preferences and keeps its own processing progress inside InboxMCP, so nothing is handed to it twice and no external state file is needed. It can also search each mailbox's full history and download attachments such as PDF invoices. Your agent analyzes mail and decides what to tell you; InboxMCP does not classify or rank email. Outgoing email is optional and separately authorized: the agent prepares an exact plain-text draft, and nothing is sent until you review and confirm that draft in InboxMCP. Source emails are never deleted, moved or marked read. Attachments are never sent. MCP Events need a compatible host. An InboxMCP account and a connected mailbox are required.
