Declared limitations
- Deleting an entry: the connector has no delete or edit tool by design, so no tool call changes data and ChatGPT explains that entries are edited or removed in the Kairos app.
- Live weather: not about the user's Kairos record, so no Kairos tool is called.
- Another person's record: the connector only reads the signed-in user's own entries, so no tool call is made for someone else's data.

Kairos is a memoir-prep app that files your life by week. Every entry is anchored to a Year.Week.Day coordinate on a Weeks-in-Life grid, so a whole life becomes a searchable, printable record. With this connector, ChatGPT can work with your own Kairos record: list your entries for any year, search your whole life record to answer "when did I…?" questions, turn any date into its Kairos coordinate, and add new entries from the chat — they go straight into your record, and you can edit or delete them in Kairos any time. The connector reads only your own entries, and only after you sign in to Kairos and approve access. It can't edit or delete anything you've written, and it can't reach your uploads, Drive files or account settings. You need a Kairos account (sign up at kairosloom.life).
