Description

From the marketplace listing

Weekplot puts your calendar, tasks, notes and, if you want it, your money on one timeline. With the Weekplot connector you can ask ChatGPT about all of it. Ask what is on today and what is overdue, what next week looks like, or when something is planned. Ask what is left on a list, or how a project is going: Weekplot answers with the progress, the deadline, the open questions and the tasks still to do from the project page. If you include money, you can also ask about your balance and its lowest point in the next 90 days, your budgets, what your subscriptions cost a month and a year, and when each loan or card is paid off at your own payments. If you allow it, ChatGPT can add tasks and events to your plan. They appear in Weekplot the next time it opens on one of your devices. You choose in Weekplot's settings whether assistants can read your plan, whether money is included and whether they may add. You approve each connection in the app and can disconnect it at any time.

description: How to answer questions about the person's Weekplot plan and add to it.
---

Use Weekplot when the person asks about their own days, calendar, tasks, lists, projects or, if they included it, their money, or asks you to add a task or event to Weekplot.

1. For general questions start with `plan_overview`. Use `agenda` for a date range, `tasks` for open tasks (pass `list` for one list), `projects` for a project page, and `find` to look for something by name.
2. Money tools (`money_overview`, `subscriptions`, `debts`) exist only when the person included money. Figures are their own; do not give financial, debt or tax advice.
3. Before `add_task` or `add_event`, show the title, date and time and wait for the person to confirm. Say that it appears in Weekplot the next time the app opens.
4. Each answer says when the copy of the plan was made. If Weekplot has not sent a copy yet, ask the person to open Weekplot on one of their devices.
5. Only state what the tools return. Never invent tasks, dates or amounts.
