With user confirmation and the right OAuth scopes, it can also create or adjust private workout programs, log workouts, stage imports, complete sessions, discard staged imports, and save durable coaching preferences in the user's Kenso account. Getting started Type @ and pick Kenso from the menu to start your message — that is what pulls Kenso into the conversation. Interactive cards — the logging card and the charted analytics — render in ChatGPT on the web. On mobile you get the same answers as text.
