Description

From the marketplace listing

Kenso is the system of record for your training. Build programs and log workouts in chat or in the Kenso app, and Kenso keeps everything in one place: your programs, every workout, your personal records and your food diary. Your history follows you wherever you plan or log, and you can export your workouts as a CSV file at any time. In ChatGPT, Kenso shows your current training, workout history, recovery, food diary (calories and macros against your targets), body metrics, programs and personal records. After you confirm, it can also create or adjust private workout programs, log workouts, log meals to your food diary, stage imports, complete sessions, discard staged imports and save coaching preferences in your Kenso account. Kenso is a workout log and strength-training coach for general fitness. It is not a medical or healthcare service and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Getting started Type @ and pick Kenso from the menu to start your message — that is what pulls Kenso into the conversation. Without it, ChatGPT answers from its own memory instead of your training data. • @Kenso show me today's workout • @Kenso what should I train today? • @Kenso log my workout: bench press 3x8 at 80kg, rows 3x10 at 60kg • @Kenso I did legs for 40 minutes, pretty hard • @Kenso how am I doing this week? • @Kenso pull up Upper A so I can log it — shows a card you fill in set by set • @Kenso how is my bench trending? • @Kenso am I training chest enough? • @Kenso what did I eat yesterday, and am I hitting my protein? • @Kenso log two eggs and toast for breakfast Interactive cards — the logging card and the charted analytics — render in ChatGPT on the web. On mobile you get the same answers as text. You will see Kenso appear in the chat when it is really being used. If an answer arrives without it, say "check Kenso". Results include an Open in Kenso link to the matching screen in the app.
