Longevity is a strength-training and longevity app for personal trainers and their clients (iPhone and Android). This plugin gives ChatGPT access to your own Longevity account, with your permission:
- Read your active routine (with this week's progress), your workout history and your progress on any exercise.
- Log a workout: free exercises, or the exercises of your routine with their check mark, for today or up to 7 days back.
- Correct or delete an exercise you logged wrong, on any day of the last year; the app shows it as corrected from your assistant.
- Create a new routine and save it to "My Routines", or change your active routine (swap, add, remove exercises).
- See your habits and mark today's habits as done.
- See your Longevity Score and the recovery data from a wearable you have connected (HRV, sleep, resting heart rate).
- Send a message to your coach, and get the link to book an assessment.
If your Longevity account is a coach account, you also get coach tools: list your clients, see each client's routine, activity, alerts, weekly report and chat; send feedback to a client; assign a routine; and log, correct or delete a workout on a client's behalf. You only see your own clients.
Everything runs on your own account: ChatGPT never sees other people's data, never changes payments or passwords, and asks for your confirmation before logging, correcting or deleting anything.
You need a Longevity account to connect; you can create one in the sign-in window. Routines you create here also appear in the Longevity app (iPhone and Android). Longevity is fitness training, not medical care.

Access outside the connected account. The plugin only acts on the signed-in user's own account and, for a coach, on that coach's own clients, so it must not return another person's data. Expected: it explains that it cannot access that account.
Medical diagnosis. Longevity is fitness training, not medical care, so the plugin must not be used to diagnose or prescribe treatment. Expected: no Longevity tool gives a diagnosis; ChatGPT explains that this is not enough information to diagnose and recommends a medical assessment when needed.
Purchases. The plugin has no payment tools and does not sell, upgrade or cancel subscriptions. Expected: no Longevity tool is called and nothing is purchased or charged; ChatGPT explains that it cannot do this from the chat.
