Lowcart finds what a product really costs delivered to you. Name a product and a delivery country, and optionally a ZIP or postcode, and Lowcart checks online stores built on Shopify that sell it. For each store it reads the total from the store's own checkout for that country: item price, shipping, sales tax or VAT, import fees and any confirmed discount code. Results are ranked by final delivered total, and each one says whether import duties are already paid, paid at checkout, or may be billed at the door. Lowcart also explains the sales tax, VAT, GST and import duty rules for orders shipped to the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and every EU country. Who it is for: anyone about to buy something online who wants the real total before paying, especially when ordering from another country. Limitations: Lowcart covers stores built on Shopify, so some products and stores are not included. Prices, shipping and codes change, so confirm the total at the store before paying. Amazon and other marketplace links are read for the product name only. Lowcart never places orders, never asks for payment details and needs no account.
