Spend less time switching between business accounts. Meditrust Social helps you use your AI assistant to manage Google reviews and prepare, publish or schedule posts on Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts.
Save time on customer reviews. Read and summarize Google feedback and draft personalized replies. By default, you approve each reply. To enable automatic replies, opt in for a specific Google Business Profile in Meditrust and choose a minimum star rating. Your AI assistant writes a personalized reply for each eligible new unanswered review. You can turn automatic replies off at any time.
Prepare useful content once. Choose an authorized account or an existing brand, review its selected destinations and adapt your supplied images for each network. Publish to several connected destinations and track the result separately for each one.
Plan ahead. Create Google post batches and Facebook/Instagram schedules. Dates are resolved in Europe/Paris. Facebook supports text, links and photos; Instagram requires a photo. Google supports text and images.
Keep control of delivery. Posts follow the approval setting you chose for each Meditrust account and network: review each request, or explicitly enable standing approval in Meditrust for future requested posts. The connector cannot silently change this setting. Removals and changes or cancellations of schedules retain their specific approval requirements. An uncertain send is checked before any further attempt.
To get started, connect your Google profile and/or Meta accounts in Meditrust Social, select the destinations, then connect Meditrust Social to your AI assistant and authorize the relevant access. A Meditrust Social account with the appropriate account permissions is needed.
Private messages, social comment management, ads, videos, Reels and stories are outside this release. TikTok public publishing is not included.

Unsupported format: Instagram photo posts are supported, but Reels, videos and stories are not part of this release. Explain that limit without calling upload, preparation or confirmation tools for a Reel, requesting credentials or claiming publication.
Unsupported commerce operation. Explain that MediSocial subscription/payment is managed on the Meditrust website; do not invoke Meditrust Social tools, request card details or claim payment.
Unsupported Google review moderation. Explain that the connector cannot delete customer reviews; do not invoke reply/post tools or claim removal.

An active MediSocial subscription is required. Users subscribe and pay on the Meditrust website. The plugin does not purchase subscriptions, take payments or make purchases on behalf of users.

Starter prompt
Show my connected Google profiles, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
Add Facebook Page and professional Instagram photo publishing, existing-brand workflows, per-network image preparation and Meta scheduling. Keep Google review replies, posts and batches available through the same Meditrust Social integration. Posts follow the account owner's manual or standing approval setting; the connector cannot silently enable standing approval. Document optional automatic replies for eligible new Google reviews after the owner opts in per profile and selects a minimum rating. Manual review reply approval remains the default. Removals and schedule changes or cancellations keep their specific approval requirements. Private messages, social comment management, ads, videos, Reels, stories and TikTok public publishing are outside this release.
