Meerlume lets a business owner set up and run a customer chat bot from ChatGPT: a bot that answers customers' questions, takes bookings and captures enquiries and orders on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and a website chat. With Meerlume in ChatGPT you can: - build a bot by describing your business, or change what a bot says and asks; - set up services, staff, opening hours, closed days and special hours; - publish or unpublish a bot, and add website chat; - look up your bots, conversations, contacts and bookings; - get a link to connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, Stripe, Slack or Notion, which you finish in Meerlume. Changes to what a bot says stay unpublished until you publish them. Meerlume in ChatGPT cannot delete bots or message your customers. You sign in with your Meerlume account and choose Allow; there is no API key.

First release of Meerlume for ChatGPT. Owners can build a customer chat bot from a description of their business, change what it says, publish it, manage services, staff, opening hours and closed days, look up bookings, conversations and contacts, and get a link to connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, Stripe, Slack or Notion, which they finish in Meerlume. Sign-in is OAuth with the user's own Meerlume account; there is no API key.
