Cost & access
Monthwe is currently available free through its website during the POC period. This MCP plugin does not sell products or process payments, and new subscription purchases are currently disabled. Existing Apple subscriptions, if any, are managed separately through Apple.
Declared limitations
- Bank connection and live bank balance are unsupported. Explain that Monthwe only exposes the connected household records and cannot log in to a bank or retrieve a live balance. Do not invoke any Monthwe tool as a substitute for a bank balance, request bank credentials, or claim a connection succeeded.
- Payments and transfers are unsupported. Explain that Monthwe cannot move money or pay a bill. Do not call the import tools, simulation or transaction search to pretend to execute a payment, and do not claim money moved.
- Email access and recurring autonomous ingestion are unsupported. Explain that this MCP cannot open email, schedule monitoring or import transactions without a displayed preview and explicit approval. Do not invoke Monthwe tools, request email credentials, or claim a schedule was created.
