MyChatBot gives your online store an AI sales assistant. It answers your customers in Instagram and Messenger DMs, WhatsApp, Telegram, and the chat on your website, using your own product catalog and store policies. It recommends products, takes orders in the conversation, and flags chats that need a person. With MyChatBot in ChatGPT, you build and run that sales assistant by describing your business. You don't need to open a dashboard for most tasks. Set it up - Share your website or describe what you sell. ChatGPT drafts your sales assistant's name, greeting, sales instructions, and a starter FAQ, and shows them on one card. Nothing is created until you approve it. - Add a chat to your website. You get a code snippet to paste and a hosted page where you can try your sales assistant straight away. - Add a call button to your website so visitors can talk to your sales assistant out loud. - Connect Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, or TikTok. You get a link that finishes each connection in your MyChatBot account. Teach it your store - Import your catalog from a product feed or from a list you give it. Your sales assistant then answers with your real products, prices, and stock, and the feed refreshes on a schedule. - A Shopify store connects from its web address alone, with no Shopify app or keys. Your sales assistant then sends shoppers a link to your Shopify checkout with their items already in the cart. - Write and update the answers your sales assistant gives about delivery, returns, payment, and opening hours. Check and improve it - Talk to your sales assistant in a private test chat before customers see it. - Review a proposed change to your sales assistant's instructions next to the current version, and confirm it before it goes live. - Read what customers asked and what your sales assistant replied, see your newest leads, and check orders and revenue for any period. Reach your customers - Send a message to one customer, or a campaign to a group of your existing customers on the channels they already use. ChatGPT can show you how many people a campaign will reach before you send it. Good to know - You need a MyChatBot account. ChatGPT asks you to sign in when you first connect. - ChatGPT asks for your OK before it changes your sales assistant or contacts a customer, unless you have told ChatGPT not to ask. - Deleting a sales assistant, a knowledge source, or a channel is permanent. - Customers pay in your own store's checkout. Nothing is bought or sold inside ChatGPT.
