Users sign in on the Ogmentive website, start a tracked visit and buy on the merchant website. Ogmentive records network reports manually, makes rewards payable only after receipt of commission, and handles requested bank transfers manually. No digital-service offer is active. The public read-only lookup_cashback tool accepts only merchant names or domains and returns offer terms and an Ogmentive page. No account, claim, balance, bank information, purchase or transfer is handled in ChatGPT. Selection and ranking remain independent of commission. Support case 16087317 directs this use case to submission review and does not grant advance approval. Cashback is the user benefit; eligibility remains for OpenAI review.
