Description
From the marketplace listing
Prehrana is a food diary you keep by talking. Tell ChatGPT what you ate in your own words, for example "two eggs and a slice of wholegrain bread for breakfast", and it estimates the portion, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre and key micronutrients and saves them to your Prehrana diary. Foods that are already in the shared Prehrana food catalogue are logged with catalogue values, so the same food in the same amount always gets the same numbers.
What you can do:
- Log meals, drinks and water, and correct or delete an entry when the amount was wrong
- See any day or week against your calorie and macronutrient goals
- Get today's calorie target adjusted for the balance of the last seven days
- Log body weight and waist, and see averages, the weight trend and the foods you eat most often
- Set or update calorie, macronutrient and weight goals
- Log the same meal as a member of your Prehrana group, when that member shares meals with the group and has allowed assistants to see them
- Send a suggestion or a problem report to the Prehrana team
Who it is for: people who want to keep track of what they eat without searching food databases or filling in forms, on their own or together with friends and family in a Prehrana group.
Privacy: the connection sees only your own diary and the meals that members of your groups have chosen to share with assistants. Sharing is mutual and can be turned off at any time in the Prehrana app. Tools that change or delete data are marked as such, so ChatGPT can ask before using them.
Limitations: nutrient values are estimates, not measurements. Prehrana is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations. You need a Prehrana account and sign in with it when you connect. The Prehrana app is available in English, Croatian, German, Serbian, Bosnian and Slovenian.

Declared capabilities
Log food and drinks described in plain words, with estimated calories and nutrients
Correct or delete diary entries
Show a day or a week against calorie and macronutrient goals
Declared limitations
Medical diagnosis and medication. Prehrana describes logged intake only and must not diagnose conditions or recommend medication or doses; the expected result is a refusal with a suggestion to see a doctor, optionally with a summary of logged intake.
Another person's private data. Jordan is not in the user's group and the connector never returns e-mail addresses or account ids of anyone; the expected result is that ChatGPT says it cannot see that data.
Purchases and subscriptions. The connector has no payment, checkout or subscription tools and does not sell anything; the expected result is that ChatGPT says it cannot do this through Prehrana, without a payment or checkout link.
Review scenarios; not an exhaustive list.
Cost & access
Prehrana does not sell anything through ChatGPT. The connector has no payment, checkout or subscription tools and returns no payment links. Users sign in with an existing Prehrana account.

# Get started with Prehrana
Use this workflow right after the user connects Prehrana, or when they ask how to start using it.
1. Read today's diary with `dnevni_pregled`, using today's date in the user's time zone. Tell the user in one or two sentences what is already logged today and how many calories are left against the goal. If nothing is logged yet, say so.
2. Read the goals with `dohvati_ciljeve`. If there is no active goal, tell the user they can set a daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and target weight goal. Set a goal with `postavi_cilj` only after the user has given or approved the numbers.
3. Explain how logging works, in the user's language, with one example: the user describes what they ate in plain words, for example "two eggs and a slice of wholegrain bread for breakfast", and the meal is saved to their Prehrana diary with estimated calories and nutrients. Mention that a wrong amount can be corrected and an entry can be deleted by asking.
4. Offer two or three things to try next, such as logging the last meal, logging water, or showing this week's overview with `tjedni_pregled`.
Keep the reply short. Nutrient values are estimates. Do not give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations; for health questions, suggest a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Only the user's own diary is read in this workflow. Meals of group members are read only when the user asks about a specific member, and only if that member has chosen to share meals with assistants.
