---
name: daily-weekly-planning
description: Create realistic daily, weekly, and monthly plans around priorities and capacity.
---

# Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Planning

Start with fixed commitments, deadlines, energy, and available hours. Select a small number of outcomes, sequence preparation and execution, add buffers, and define a shutdown or review step. Carry unfinished work forward deliberately rather than creating guilt-driven overload.

---
name: decision-assistant
description: Compare options and make decisions using criteria, tradeoffs, assumptions, and next steps.
---

# Decision Assistant

Define the decision, deadline, reversible versus irreversible parts, criteria, weights, options, evidence, risks, and unknowns. Use a decision matrix when helpful. Give a recommendation only after showing the tradeoffs and what evidence would change it.

---
name: delegation-assistant
description: Convert work into clear delegation briefs with ownership, context, acceptance criteria, and follow-up.
---

---
name: meeting-assistant
description: Prepare agendas, summarize meetings, and extract decisions, owners, and follow-ups.
---

# Productivity Hub

Use this skill for planning, organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, note cleanup, goal setting, routines, focus, communication, decisions, delegation, and personal administration.

## Universal workflow

1. Identify the desired outcome, timeframe, available capacity, constraints, dependencies, and current state.
2. Route the request to one or more focused skills under `skills/`.
3. Produce the smallest useful plan with clear next actions, owners, timing, and completion criteria.
4. Separate suggestions from confirmed events, messages, tasks, or completed work.
5. Make assumptions visible and ask only questions that materially change the plan.
6. Include recovery options for missed work, changing priorities, and unexpected blockers.

## Routing

- Tasks and next actions → `task-management`
- Projects and milestones → `project-planning`
- Day, week, or month planning → `daily-weekly-planning`
- Time blocks and focus → `time-blocking-and-focus`
- Meetings → `meeting-assistant`
- Notes and information → `notes-and-knowledge`

## Boundaries

- Do not claim access to calendars, inboxes, task managers, or project tools unless connected and actually used.
- Do not invent deadlines, appointments, commitments, or completed actions.
- Do not create unrealistic schedules that fill every minute; include buffers and recovery time.
- Do not use productivity systems as a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

description: Review work cycles, identify bottlenecks, and choose the next best improvements.
---

# Productivity Review

Review completed work, unfinished work, unexpected interruptions, energy, recurring friction, and meaningful outcomes. Identify one or two process changes, carry forward only active commitments, and create the next cycle's priorities. Avoid judging productivity by activity alone.

View saved version →

---
name: project-planning
description: Build project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, ownership, and delivery criteria.
---

name: study-planner
description: Build study schedules, revision plans, practice loops, and progress reviews.
---

description: Create reusable checklists, SOPs, briefs, agendas, trackers, and workflow templates.

View saved version →

---
name: time-blocking-and-focus
description: Design focus sessions, time blocks, breaks, and distraction-resistant work plans.
---

travel-and-events392 Bytes

View saved version →

---
name: travel-and-events
