# Fragen zur Psychotherapie-Weiterbildung beantworten

## Steps

1. Call `search_guides` with the question in a few keywords (German or English).
2. Read the best matching article with `get_guide` and the `slug`. Short FAQ answers in the search result are
   often enough for simple questions.
3. For numbers (how many training sites, per Bundesland, per Verfahren, share with open positions), call
   `get_statistics`, with `bundesland` when the question is about one state.
4. Answer in the person's language, briefly, and link the article or the numbers page you used. Give the date
   of the data ("Stand") for numbers.

## Care points

- Rules differ between Landespsychotherapeutenkammern (each has its own Weiterbildungsordnung). Say so when a
  detail depends on the state, and point to the Kammer for binding answers.
- Do not estimate salaries or fees beyond what the guide states; pay depends on the employer and the
  collective agreement.
- When the person wants to act on the answer (find a place, apply), offer to search with
  `search_training_sites`.

# Neue Stellen verfolgen

`get_new_openings` reports what changed since a date: training sites that are new in the directory, sites
that now accept applications (open position, waiting list or speculative applications), and sites that
published new application details such as a next intake date.

## One-time question ("Was ist neu?")

1. Use the filters the person already gave (place and radius, Bundesland, Verfahren, Gebiet). Ask only if
   nothing narrows it down and they clearly care about one region.
2. Call `get_new_openings`. Without `seit` it covers the last 7 days; pass an earlier date when they ask
   about a longer period (at most 180 days).
3. Report briefly, grouped as in the result: new sites, applications now possible, new application details.
   Give the detail link for each. If nothing changed, say so in one sentence.

## Recurring check

When the person wants to be kept informed:

1. Agree on the filters once and repeat them back.
2. If this assistant can run scheduled or recurring tasks, offer to set one up (for example weekly on Monday
   morning) whose prompt calls `get_new_openings` with exactly these filters and `seit` set to the previous
   run's date. Each result names that date in `naechste_abfrage_seit`.
3. In each run, report only the changes; if there are none, a one-line "nothing new" is enough.
4. If scheduled tasks are not available, offer the free e-mail alert instead: the result contains its link
   (`alert_url`, https://www.pt-weiterbildung.de/alert).

## Notes

- New sites appear after a short review window (a few hours) so that faulty imports can be stopped.
- Application status comes from the sites or from checks of their websites; suggest confirming with the site
  before applying.

# Weiterbildungsplatz finden

The PT-Weiterbildung connector searches pt-weiterbildung.de, which combines the official lists of accredited
training sites from all 16 Landespsychotherapeutenkammern and updates them daily.

## Steps

1. Use what the person already said. Ask only for what is missing and changes the result: where (city, postal
   code or Bundesland), which Verfahren, and whether they want to work with adults or children and adolescents.
   If they give no place, search by Bundesland or Germany-wide rather than asking twice.
2. Call `search_training_sites`:
   - `ort` with the city or 5-digit postal code, `umkreis_km` 30 by default; use 50 to 80 km in rural areas or
     when fewer than three sites come back.
   - `verfahren`, `gebiet`, `versorgungsbereich` (ambulant, stationär, institutionell) only when the person named them.
   - `nur_bewerbung_moeglich: true` when they want places they can apply to now.
3. Present a short list: name, town and distance, Verfahren, application status, and the detail link. Explain
   the status in plain words:
   - "Stellen offen": the site reports open positions.
   - "Interessentenliste": no position right now, but a waiting list.
   - "Initiativbewerbung möglich": speculative applications are welcome.
   - "Derzeit keine offene Stelle": no position at the moment.
   - "unbekannt": the site has not reported a status yet; contacting it directly is the next step.
4. For the sites the person picks, call `get_training_site` with the `id` and give the application route,
   next date, contact, part-time options, pay and fees where known.
5. Close with the practical next step: apply or ask the site directly, because availability changes quickly.
   If they want to hear about new positions later, use the skill `neue-stellen-verfolgen`
   (`get_new_openings`, recurring check or the free e-mail alert at https://www.pt-weiterbildung.de/alert).

## If nothing fits

- Widen the radius, drop the narrowest filter, or check neighbouring Bundesländer.
- Some Bundesländer have published few or no lists yet; the result notes say so and name the responsible Kammer.

## Background worth knowing

- The Gebietsweiterbildung is the five-year specialist training after the Approbation (new law since 2020).
  It combines ambulant, stationär and institutionell sections. A Bereichsweiterbildung is an add-on
  qualification for those who already hold a specialist title; search it only when asked
  (`weiterbildungstyp: "Bereichsweiterbildung"`).
- The Kammer lists are authoritative for accreditation. Application status comes from the sites themselves or
  from checks of their websites and carries its own date.
