Description

From the marketplace listing

Quicktion saves emails where you work: a Notion database, a Google Sheet, an Airtable table, a Linear team, a Trello board or a Google Drive folder. Connect it here and ask ChatGPT to save the email you're looking at, by destination name. Each destination keeps the setup you made at quicktion.io: which email fields go to which properties or columns, the default values that tag every save, and the AI processing that can summarize the body or pull out dates, amounts and names. A save from ChatGPT runs through exactly the same pipeline as a forwarded email, so the result looks like every other record in that database. What you can ask: - Save this email to my Client CRM. - File this invoice in the Invoices sheet. - Which destinations do I have? - What did I save this week? Quicktion only receives the email you ask it to save and the destination you name. It never reads your inbox and never sees the rest of your conversation. Every save appears in your Quicktion activity feed, and you can disconnect ChatGPT at any time from Settings. You need a Quicktion account with at least one destination; set that up at quicktion.io first. Attachments aren't included in saves from ChatGPT yet. For those, forward the email to your Quicktion address or use the Gmail add-on.
