Description

From the marketplace listing

Quotain is a sales enablement platform for revenue teams. Reps use it to build sales skills through assigned practice, realistic buyer simulations, and coaching. Connect your Quotain account to see the practice your manager assigned, prepare for a practice call with one of your team's sims (AI buyers built for your product and customers), start a live voice practice call in Quotain, and review your scores and coaching. Who it is for: sales reps and managers whose organization uses Quotain. Limitations: practice calls run in Quotain, so the plugin gives you a link to start the call instead of running it in the chat. The plugin only shows sims, assignments, practice sessions, and knowledge from your own Quotain organization. It does not create or edit sims, and it does not access your CRM or real customer calls.

name: prepare-for-a-practice-call
description: Prepare a sales rep for a Quotain practice call and start it. Use when the user wants to rehearse, practice, or prep for a sales call, meeting, demo, or negotiation with one of their Quotain sims, or asks what a sim will test.
---

Use this skill when the user wants to practice a sales conversation in Quotain.
A sim is an AI buyer the user practices with by voice. The call itself happens
in Quotain, not in this chat.

1. Find the sim.
   - If the user named a sim, prospect role, industry, or company, call
`listBuyers` and pick the closest match.
   - If the user did not name one, call `listPracticeAssignments` with scope
`mine` and prefer the earliest due assignment. If there are none, call
     `listPracticeRecommendations`.
   - If more than one sim fits equally, ask the user to choose. Show at most
three options with the sim's name and title.
2. Call `getBuyer` for the chosen sim.
3. If the user mentioned a product, competitor, or pricing topic, call
`searchKnowledge` with that topic so the brief uses their company's own
   material.
4. Write a short brief:
   - Who the buyer is and what they care about.
   - The two or three objections they are most likely to raise.
   - What the call is graded on, from the sim's scorecard criteria.
   - One opening line the rep can try.
5. Call `startPracticeCall` with the sim's `buyerId`. Pass `stage` only when
the user asked for a specific stage (cold call, discovery, demo, or
negotiation). Give the user the returned link and say the call opens in
   Quotain.

Rules:

- Use only facts from Quotain tool results and the user's messages. Do not
invent customers, metrics, pricing, or sim details.
- Do not role-play the buyer in this chat. The practice call is the point.
- If a tool returns an error or no sims, say so plainly and suggest asking a
Quotain admin or manager to create or assign a sim.
- Explicit instructions from the user take priority over these steps.

description: Review a sales rep's recent Quotain practice calls and scores, explain the feedback, and pick what to practice next. Use when the user asks how their practice calls went, what their scores were, what feedback they got, or where to improve.
---

Use this skill when the user wants to understand their Quotain practice
results.

1. Call `listSessions`. Without other instructions, use the five most recent
graded sessions. If the user named a sim or stage, filter to it.
2. For each session you discuss, call `getScorecard`. Call `getSession` only
when the user asks what was said on a call or you need a quote from the
   transcript.
3. Summarize:
   - The overall score for each session, oldest to newest, so the trend is
     visible.
   - Criteria the user scores well on repeatedly.
   - The one or two criteria that score lowest most often, with the scorecard's
     own coaching for them.
4. Recommend the next practice: the sim and stage that exercise the weakest
   criterion. Use `listPracticeRecommendations` or `listPracticeAssignments`
when they include a good match.
5. Offer to start that practice call. If the user agrees, call
`startPracticeCall` and give them the link.

Rules:

- Report scores and feedback exactly as the tools return them. Do not
  re-grade calls or invent scores.
- If there are no graded sessions, say so and offer to prepare a first
  practice call instead.
- Keep the summary short: a few sentences or a compact list.
- Explicit instructions from the user take priority over these steps.

name: work-my-practice-queue
description: Show a sales rep what Quotain practice is assigned or recommended and help them start the most important one. Use when the user asks what practice is due, what they were assigned, or what they should practice today.
---

Use this skill when the user wants to know what to practice in Quotain.

1. Call `listPracticeAssignments` with scope `mine`.
2. If no assignments are open, call `listPracticeRecommendations`.
3. List open items in this order: overdue, then due soonest, then items with no
due date. For each item, show the sim or drill name, the due date, and the
status. Show at most five items.
4. Suggest the first item and ask whether to start it.
5. When the user picks an item that is a sim, call `startPracticeCall` with its
`buyerId` and give them the link. For a drill, explain that drills start
from Quotain and point them to the assignment there.

Rules:

- Managers who ask about their team's assignments can use scope `team`. Report
  only what the tool returns.
- Format due dates in the user's language and locale.
- Do not invent assignments, due dates, or scores.
- Explicit instructions from the user take priority over these steps.
