RTObase connects Australian Registered Training Organisation staff to their student management system. Find students, review enrolments and unit progress, inspect courses and classes, and make updates allowed by your connection and staff role. Sign in to RTObase, choose your organisation and access level, and connect. An administrator must enable AI access to personal records in organisation Settings. Connections can be revoked in Connected AI. Before a change, the assistant must explain what will change and ask for confirmation. It must also ask whether to send email or SMS when an action supports a System Message. Payments, refunds, invoices, certificate issuance, AVETMISS lodgement and new assessment judgements remain in the RTObase application. An existing RTObase staff account is required.
