Scout Data connects ChatGPT to your Scout Data account for US property records and business outreach: owners of record, household contacts on record, property facts and businesses. Search homes Find US homes by solar, permits, roof, storms, value, owner, occupancy or location. Get up to 25 homes per search, each with its owner of record, property facts and contacts on record. Permit details appear when the search uses permits. One Download results link opens the full search result. Searches normally skip properties already unlocked; you can ask to include them. Look up a record - Address: household contacts and owners of record, each contact marked owner or not, with the owner mailing address when it differs from the property. - Address and name: narrow the result to one contact. - Phone or email: the contact on record. - Name and location: first and last name with a city and state, or ZIP. Review candidate names and locations when several records match. - Property: type, year built, square footage, beds and baths, lot size, value and last sale. - Owner check: owners of record, or yes or no for a named person, with the owner-occupied flag. - Phone check: yes, no, or on record for another contact at the address. - Nearby homes: nearest first, with contacts; 10 by default, up to 25. - Business: by address, or business name with a city and state or ZIP. Get its name, category, phone, website, owner, whether the owner is a company, and state-registry officers. Ask for officer contacts. Options and results Choose a result limit, active phones only, and exact or relaxed name matching for record lookups. Results show owners, property facts, contact counts, phone types and do-not-call flags. Contact details open through Download results; chat cells say in Download results. Download results opens a Scout Data page with a small Talk to our team block, Download CSV and illustrated data sets: homeowner contacts for a whole area first, then solar, roofing, HVAC, new homeowners, real estate and commercial. Lists Send up to 1,000 rows, including phone checks and businesses. Get a summary, the first 20 rows and a results link. Ask for the list result if processing continues. To fill only missing values, send the phones and emails you already have. Rows with both stay as they are. Business rows include business fields in the download. Wrong numbers Report one or more wrong numbers. Scout Data saves the report and returns another number for the same contact when known, through Download results. Account Sign in with Scout Data. Replies show usage. When no lookups remain, nothing is charged. A search shows how many homes match. An address lookup shows which owner, property and permit data exists, plus phone and email counts. Each shows how to reach our team. Your account page shows lookups left, lookups used, your files and Talk to our team. Data and coverage Scout Data receives only tool arguments, including home-search filters and limit, not your full conversation. It returns search results and, when no lookups remain, available_data flags and counts. Each home search is saved as one CSV file for 6 months, like single results. History has one row per search and data check, with no lookup inputs. Payments inside the connector: none. See the privacy policy for full retention and deletion details. US public records and partner data may be incomplete or out of date. No maps. Use results for lawful business outreach. Do not contact someone who asked not to be contacted, or use results for lending, employment, insurance, housing or tenancy decisions.
