Simmie

Sales Cog Inc. v1.1.0

Publisher description

From the marketplace listing

Simmie turns what ChatGPT already knows about your business, plus any materials you provide, into sales training your team can actually practise. Describe the conversation you want reps to get better at and Simmie builds the whole thing: the scenario, an AI buyer persona, a training module, and the scoring rubric, saved to your account with a practice link you can share. It also grades real calls. Paste a speaker-identified transcript and Simmie scores it against your organization's rubric, saves the result to that rep's record, and can build follow-up practice targeting exactly what went wrong, then assign it to them. Set your scoring standard once, in plain English, and every call after that is measured the same way. Requires a Simmie account. Monthly and annual plans are available.
