Description

From the marketplace listing

Translate your online meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams with TransGull. GullBot helps participants follow the conversation across languages. TransGull supports 47 languages. Simply tell ChatGPT which two or more languages you need for your meeting and share your meeting link. GullBot can join a meeting already underway or join at a scheduled time. GullBot appears as “TransGull Interpreter” and posts a viewing link in the meeting chat so participants can follow the live translation. Please let participants know that the meeting will be transcribed; meeting audio recordings are not retained. From international team meetings and customer calls to remote interviews, GullBot brings live translation to your virtual meetings and video calls. Arrange translation, check its status, get the viewing link, and update or cancel scheduled translations—all from your ChatGPT conversation. A TransGull account with sufficient personal or workspace balance is required. Translation uses that balance, and you can recharge on the TransGull website.

Declared capabilities

Translate online meetings

Declared limitations

N1: Transcript content is outside the current tools. No meeting list/detail tool returns transcript or translation text. Explain the limitation and offer a viewing link if the user requests it; do not invoke create/update/cancel or invent transcript content.
N2: Ending an active translation is unsupported. Setup: conversation contains a just-returned get_meeting_translation result with bot_status=interpreting and a real test meeting_bot_id. Explain that GullBot must be ended in the TransGull app. Do not call cancel_meeting_translation or claim it has stopped.
N3: Purchases are outside the tool set. Explain that balance is added on the TransGull website; do not invoke meeting management tools, request payment-card data, or claim a charge succeeded.

Review scenarios; not an exhaustive list.

Cost & access

Meeting translation consumes the connected TransGull personal account or workspace balance. Users purchase service credits on the TransGull website. The plugin does not process payments in ChatGPT; insufficient-balance errors provide the appropriate website recharge or workspace billing link.
