Version 0.2.0 prepares the public read-only app: account and API-plan requirements are removed from MCP access; six tools provide documented cases, electoral records, proposal comparisons and economic series with sources. The package adds support and policy links, five positive and three negative review cases, an English listing with Spanish localization, and unrestricted country availability.
