Description
From the marketplace listing
A webinar is not one thing. It is registration, reminders, a room, an offer inside that room, a checkout, reporting and languages. Miss one and the room feels broken.
WebinarIgnition holds all of it on one surface. You work through a checklist. A preflight shows what is still open. You move step by step, and the assistant sits with you at each step instead of sending you to another tool.
You see what is done and what is not. You add the offer where the people already sit. Payment runs inside the room, no detour. WooCommerce works the same way. If your own checkout allows it inside a frame, that works too.
Your webinar can run live, on a schedule or on repeat for whoever arrives later. The text is there in 26 languages. Nothing is thrown together across separate screens, and nothing has to be pasted by hand.
That is the point: one way through the whole thing, held together from the first registration to the last number.
WebinarIgnition has been built since 2013 and has 51 reviews on wp.org.

My webinar is spread over six tools and I lost track of what sits where. I want it in one place.

name: build-a-webinar
description: Use this when the host wants a webinar to exist at the end, live, scheduled or evergreen, from topic and invitation texts to the registration page and the room. Also use it when a webinar build is stuck, when a WordPress site has to be checked or connected first, or when the host asks what WebinarIgnition can do before starting. Do not use it for general copywriting, cold e-mails, product descriptions, or anything that is not a webinar.
---
Use this skill when the host wants a webinar to exist at the end.
1. Start with `wi_start_webinar`. Pass the host's own words as `situation` and what is already known
as `known_facts` (topic, audience, offer, date, language). Never open with an empty menu if the
host already said something.
2. Continue with `wi_continue_webinar` one turn at a time. Show the returned `flow.chips` as
choices. On the next call put `flow.jetzt` into `flow_step` and the chosen chip into `flow_choice`.
Do not invent or reorder the steps, the order lives on the server.
3. When a reply carries `ready: true`, call `wi_write_webinar_invitation_emails` in the same turn.
It writes the title, the invitation e-mails and the reminders. Never write those texts yourself.
Poll the returned `job_id` by calling it again until the texts are there.
4. Check the host's site with `wi_check_wordpress`. It only reads the address and changes nothing.
If WordPress is missing, say so plainly and stop the build until the host decides.
5. Create the connect link with `wi_connect_wordpress_woocommerce_site`. The host opens it and
approves it in their own browser. Until that approval nothing is connected. If the host already
connected a site, `wi_get_connector_status` shows it.
6. After approval, call `wi_create_webinar_registration_page` with the facts the session collected.
Name the effect in one sentence first and wait for the host's explicit OK. `wi_create_handoff_link`
only builds a link into the dashboard and changes nothing.
7. `wi_delete_webinar` deletes the webinar and cannot be undone. Ask exactly what should be removed,
wait for the confirmation, then call it.
Rules:
- One question per turn. No menu of options the host did not ask for.
- Nothing is created, changed or deleted on the host's site without an explicit OK.
- Never write the invitation or reminder texts yourself when `wi_write_webinar_invitation_emails`
is available.
- Do not invent a date, a topic, a price or a customer number.
- Answer in the host's language.
- Before "it is broken", read the answer the tool returned. A missing licence, a missing connection
and a failed call are three different answers and stay three different answers.
Do not use this skill for general copywriting, cold e-mails, product descriptions or anything that is
not a webinar.

name: webinar-numbers
description: Use this when the host asks for numbers about a webinar, for example who registered, how many showed up, where the funnel drops, which offer tier sold, or what a webinar earned. Also use it when the host wants those numbers explained or compared. Do not use it for planning a webinar, for writing texts, or for numbers from a site that is not connected.
---
Use this skill when the host asks for numbers about a webinar.
Pick one tool per question:
- `wi_list_webinar_leads_registrants` for single people: who registered, who attended, what one lead
bought. It returns names and e-mails from the host's own site.
- `wi_get_webinar_attendance_stats` for the show-up rate and replay viewers.
- `wi_get_webinar_funnel_conversion_stats` for the whole funnel and the step to fix first.
- `wi_get_webinar_revenue_woocommerce` for money, orders, refunds and which offer tier sold.
Rules:
- Read-only. Never change data in this skill.
- Never invent a number. If a rate needs at least 20 people in the earlier step, say so.
- Never add two currencies. Each line stays separate.
- If the answer carries `sample: true`, the numbers come from a static demo file. Say "example
numbers" and never present them as the host's own data.
- If the answer carries `license_required`, pass that answer through as it is, with the explanation.
Do not rebuild a registrant list from other tools.
- Without a connected site, say what is missing and how to connect, then stop. `wi_get_connector_status`
shows whether a site is connected, `wi_get_setup_plan` explains what to install.
- Answer in the host's language.
Do not use this skill for creating a webinar or for writing texts.

name: webinar-texts
description: Use this when the deliverable is text for a webinar, meaning a webinar title, an invitation e-mail, reminders, a follow-up, or copy for a webinar registration page. Also use it when the host wants an existing webinar text rewritten, shortened or translated. Do not use it for general advertising copy, cold outreach for another product, or a landing page that is not a webinar.
---
Use this skill when the deliverable is text for a webinar.
1. If no session exists, open one with `wi_start_webinar` and pass the host's words as `situation`
and `known_facts`. If a session is already open, continue it instead of starting a second one.
2. Move the session with `wi_continue_webinar` until the reply carries `ready: true`. Ask only what
the texts need: audience, one promise, date, tone. One question per turn.
3. Call `wi_write_webinar_invitation_emails`. Use `invite_type` for one of the built-in channels,
`direction` for an angle, `skip_direction` when the host has none. The tool writes the title, the
invitation e-mails and the reminders.
4. Return the title, the invitation, the reminders and the registration copy as written. Do not
rewrite them by hand and do not invent a second version beside them.
5. A registration page is built with `wi_create_webinar_registration_page`, not written by you.
Name the effect first and wait for the host's OK.
Rules:
- The texts are written by the tool, not by you. You may shorten a label, never a promise.
- No new claim and no number that the host did not give.
- Keep the host's language and voice. Answer in the host's language.
- Never write the invitation or reminder texts yourself when `wi_write_webinar_invitation_emails`
is available.
Do not use this skill for general advertising copy, cold outreach for another product, or a landing
page that is not a webinar.
