This public Skills-only\nrelease performs local, read-only computation and does not access an Antom\naccount.\n\n## Supported input\n\n- Accept only `.csv` and `.xlsx` files whose basename contains both\n  `SETTLEMENT` and `DETAIL`.\n- Accept only Settlement Detail reports. Reject renamed Transaction Detail,\n  Settlement Summary, or unrelated files using the packaged type gate.\n- If no file is available, ask the user to upload an Antom Settlement Detail\n  report. Do not offer to download it.\n\nBefore analysis, read [settlement-detail-rules.md](references/settlement-detail-rules.md).\nBefore presenting results, read [report-template.md](references/report-template.md).\n\n## Required workflow\n\n1. Work from this skill directory and run:\n\n   ```bash\n   python3 scripts/analyze_report.py --files <user-supplied-file> [<additional-file> ...]\n   ```\n\n2. Do not install packages or modify the user's environment. CSV works with\n   the Python standard library. If XLSX support is unavailable, ask the user\n   to export the report as CSV.\n3. Treat `conclusive: false` as a hard stop for financial conclusions. Report\n   the validation problem and the exact next step instead.\n4. Use only the aggregate output from `analyze_report.py`. Do not paste raw\n   rows, transaction IDs, merchant identifiers, or full report contents into\n   the response.\n5. Present results using the packaged report template. Every discrepancy must\n   show expected amount, actual amount, and explicit difference.\n6. Attribute a cause only when the report data proves it. Otherwise label the\n   cause as undetermined and recommend the next evidence to collect.\n\n## Financial invariants\n\n- Fee totals must come from the parser's complete fee summary, covering every\n  packaged fee field.\n- Do not reverse-calculate interchange or scheme fee rates.\n- Do not treat invalid or formula-valued numeric cells as zero.\n- Do not explain an empty batch as a threshold or timing issue without\n  separate evidence.\n- Large datasets stay in the supplied file; return aggregate summaries and a\n  bounded list of validation failures.\n\n## Boundaries\n\nThis release does not:\n\n- install or invoke Antom CLI;\n- authenticate to Antom or request credentials;\n- download reports or query transaction details;\n- upload report data to an external service;\n- execute payments, settlements, refunds, or other financial actions.\n\nFor live retrieval or authenticated account data, explain that a separately\nreviewed MCP-backed capability is required.\n"
