Cost & access

Bowtie One sells nothing in ChatGPT. Members sign in to an existing Bowtie One account; the plugin shows no plans or prices, starts no purchase and takes no payment.

Declared limitations

  • An unrelated request. No Bowtie One tool should be called; the assistant answers from its own abilities.
  • Deleting a bowtie is not possible. No Bowtie One tool deletes a bowtie, so none should be called to try; the assistant says Bowtie One does not let it delete a bowtie and that the user can delete it from the Bowtie One dashboard. No board changes.
  • A bowtie that does not exist or is not shared with this account. review_bowtie returns a not_found error, and the assistant says the bowtie could not be found or is not shared with this account. No other account's data is revealed.

Description

From the marketplace listing

Bowtie One is a bowtie risk-assessment tool for health and safety teams managing serious-injury and fatality risks. A bowtie shows one dangerous activity on one page: the causes on the left, the moment control is lost in the middle, the outcomes on the right, and every barrier that stops harm drawn exactly where it acts. Connect your Bowtie One account and ChatGPT can: - list your bowties and read any of them in full; - review a bowtie's risk with Bowtie One's own scoring: every cause-to-outcome pathway, worst first, and the gaps that need action; - build a new bowtie from a conversation, asking you about the activity first; - add threats, consequences, barriers and escalation factors, and rename, move or remove items, always as an all-or-nothing change. ChatGPT is taught the method as Bowtie One applies it: only things a person wears, does, or that physically stop the event count as barriers; training and inspections keep a barrier healthy rather than being one. Every change is saved in the board's version history first, so nothing is lost, and every reply links straight to the board in the builder. It cannot delete a bowtie, share it, invite people, or change your account. You choose read only or read and edit when you connect, and disconnect at any time from your account page. Requires a Bowtie One membership.

First release of Bowtie One for ChatGPT. Sign in with your Bowtie One account and choose Read only or Read and edit; disconnect any time from your Bowtie One account page. List and read your bowties, review a bowtie's risk with Bowtie One's own scoring, look up the method and scales, build a new bowtie in one go, and add, change or remove its threats, consequences, barriers and escalation factors one tool at a time, each change saved with the board's previous version kept in its history. The plugin cannot delete, share, send anything or take payments.
