Flows puts an AI assistant on your website. Visitors ask in their own words and get answers from your pages, your products and any information you add, such as FAQs, opening hours, prices and policies. Shoppers fill a cart in the chat and go straight to your checkout, customers book appointments and track their orders, and anyone can leave you a message. Flows runs on Flows AI, or on your own AI key, added in the Flows dashboard. Flows works on any website: WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Shopify or your own code. Products come from your Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce store, or from Stripe. From ChatGPT you can set up and run the whole chat: - Add your website, see what is left to set up, and save your business details. - Get the one line of code that puts the chat on your site, and check that the chat is live. When your site's code is open in Codex, Codex can add the line for you. - Connect your Shopify store with one link. - Design the chat to match your brand: colours for light and dark mode, fonts, corners, the Ask AI button, your logo in the header, and the sign-in screen's words and style. Or save a new look to try before going live. - Shape what the chat says: the welcome title and greeting, suggested questions, tone and instructions. Switch abilities such as shopping, order tracking and web search on or off. - Choose the pages the chat shows on, and the ones the chat stays away from, such as checkout. - Give the chat any information you want: tables of your own, sorted into folders, plus your products' descriptions, extra sections and buy links. - See how the chat is doing: conversations, what visitors asked, the questions your site couldn't answer, products people asked for that you don't sell, the sales from the chat, and your credit and spending. - Run the same setup across many sites at once. - Ask how any Flows feature works, with a link to the docs, and report a problem straight to the Flows team. Changes save straight away and reach your live chat. Deleting anything, or letting your website's chat read a table, asks you to confirm first. The app works on the sites in your Flows account, and on sites your team shares with you, as far as your role allows.
